About the Project

Marathon Futurex occupied a multi-tenant building and needed to make their 22,000 sq ft space distinctive and branded. The challenge was creating a premium environment within the constraints of a shared building infrastructure.

We developed a comprehensive design that transformed the raw space into a branded ecosystem. Strategic use of materials, color, and lighting created clear zoning for different departments. The design established visual hierarchy that made their space unmistakably Marathon while optimizing operational efficiency.
