Can you handle all 5 services, or just some?
Both. Many clients engage us for end-to-end delivery — from strategy through lifecycle support. Others bring us in at a specific phase, such as design only or construction only. We adapt to your situation and are transparent about where we can add the most value.
How do you handle projects where we are still operating?
Live-environment builds are our speciality. We use phased delivery, acoustic hoarding, off-hours MEP scheduling, and dedicated swing floors to ensure zero disruption to your operations. We have never missed a trading-floor uptime commitment.
What is included in Lifecycle Support?
Post-occupancy audits at 3 and 12 months, preventive maintenance coordination, technology refresh planning, space reconfiguration as headcount changes, and sustainability reporting. We treat handover as the beginning of the relationship, not the end.
How do you price your services?
Strategy and design phases are quoted as fixed-fee engagements based on scope and scale. Construction is priced as a lump sum contract with transparent BOQ. Lifecycle Support is offered as an annual retainer or on a call-out basis. We provide detailed cost breakdowns at every stage — no surprises.
Do you work outside Mumbai and Pune?
Yes — we have delivered projects across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, and international locations. Our project management framework is built for multi-city delivery with a single lead PM and consistent reporting standards.
