Kunal founded Vektor Space in 2018 after seeing too many businesses waste months managing disconnected vendors for their office fit-outs. With a background in real estate and construction management, he built Vektor Space around a simple idea: one accountable team, fixed price, on-time delivery. He leads client relationships and business strategy from our Pune headquarters.
Priya Sharma
Head of Design
Priya leads Vektor Space' design vision, bringing 12+ years of award-winning commercial and corporate interior design experience. Her work across India and Southeast Asia has established her as a thought leader in human-centered, sustainable workspace design. Priya combines aesthetic mastery with deep understanding of organizational behavior, creating spaces where design serves strategic purpose. She is passionate about biophilic design, accessibility, and designing for neurodiversity.
Rajesh Kapoor
Head of Engineering & Construction
Rajesh oversees all construction and fit-out operations, bringing 15+ years of project delivery excellence across commercial, institutional, and hospitality sectors. His expertise spans MEP engineering, modular construction, BIM implementation, and supply chain optimization. Rajesh is obsessed with quality, timeline integrity, and risk mitigation. He's pioneered modular and prefabricated approaches that reduce construction time and environmental impact while maintaining craft excellence.
Arun Mishra
Head of Technology & Analytics
Arun leads the PropTech and systems architecture for Vektor Space, bringing expertise in IoT, spatial analytics, cloud architecture, and data science. With a background in enterprise software and hardware integration, he designs intelligent office systems that deliver real-time insights, optimize space utilization, and enhance workplace experience. Arun is passionate about making complex technology accessible, intuitive, and focused on measurable organizational outcomes.
