How we hire
Three steps, written down up front:
- Portfolio & intro call. 30 minutes. We talk through your last two projects and the choices you made on them.
- Studio interview. A working session with two team leads. Bring drawings, BOQs, or a project plan you’re proud of.
- Reference + offer. We call two references you nominate. If both sides are still in, we send a written offer with a clear comp band.

How we work
Workplace delivery depends on people who can move between ideas and details. That means listening carefully to a brief, documenting decisions, coordinating disciplines, respecting site realities, and communicating early when a risk appears. The same standards apply in design reviews, procurement, site meetings, client updates, and handover.
If you are interested in joining the team, share your experience, location, discipline, portfolio or relevant work samples, and the kind of projects you want to help deliver. Applications are reviewed against current needs rather than an assumed open role.
What a strong application shows
Show how you think as well as what you have made. Include examples of briefs you clarified, drawings or specifications you coordinated, site or supplier problems you resolved, and moments when you communicated a difficult decision clearly. Designers, engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, site professionals, and operations specialists all contribute to a reliable workplace delivery.
