How we hire
Three steps, written down up front:
- Portfolio & intro call — 30 minutes. We talk through your last two projects and the choices you made on them.
- Studio interview — a working session with two team leads. Bring drawings, BOQs, or a project plan you’re proud of.
- Reference + offer — we call two references you nominate. If both sides are still in, we send a written offer with a clear comp band.
